Re: Blower motor upgrade

Where would I find the directions to install a '77 GMC blower into a '72 Jeepster Commando? I took out the Old blower motor to find 2 red wires and 1 black. On the '77 blower motor there is just a copper color piece to clip wires onto. Am a novice when it comes to wiring. No better place to start I guess.

 

On a Jeepster/Commando the blower motor grounds through the switch. You would need to wire a new switch and a resistor to use the Chevy blower.
