You look very familiar, I believe we've met, I can't for the life of me remember your name though.

    HI Everyone

This is "the PILE"...I finished it in the summer of 2013...drove it to work a couple of times...

Not the funnest thing to drive that's for sure...I do like the way these old Willys Jeeps look...just not really a fan of using them as transportation...I did learn a lot during the rebuild tho..

Take it on the trail and I'm sure that will change.

Wheeling in Big Bear CA with the Southern California Off Road Explorers. Run had a lot of totally stock rigs for this part. We ran little John Bull, but I missed that bit with the group so no pics.

    Nice flatty mikec4193

68BuickV6: Looks like a fun trail. I haven't done any wheeling in So. Cal. Furthest South I've been is the Ducy. So many trails, so little time.

Yeah it is. That bit is easy. Good flexing for stock rigs.

I prefer Little John Bull though. That one gives a nice challenge for guys and girls with some experience and stock height.

One of these days I'll build up for John Bull. That looked like a fun trail.

Very nice! How's the ram assist working for you?

It's a charm, there is no more kick back on the steering so my thumbs are happy. On rock/mud i turn the wheel with one finger. On the road i go just the right feeling. I hardly recommend this mod.

Nice. Looks like it had a hardtop on it at one time. The door hinges and the filler strip on the windshield door opening might be sought after if you don't have the top.

I was wondering what that was for
