    I ran Armstong TruTracs for my first 2 years ....almost 20 years ago :shock:

    I also Like the tube part of yours but then its just more sticking out ,,,,,for me I like going where it's super tight stuff. and I can't run square stuff like you cause I run fenderwell headers and I need the room

    ok, dentist appointment cancelled and filled up the bottle of argon $127 ouch!
    going to melt all the metal together tomorrow, no more tacks this is it !

    yup thats exactly why I'm building this rig , my buds are a solid axle Tacoma and a modded early bronco . I was getting in alot of possible trouble with the shorty .

    My nieghbors son sometimes takes his crew cab, long bed, 4x4, 1 ton diesel pickup out on trail runs.
    His wheels don't fit in any of the holes others have dug in the trail.
    Tight corners sort of suck for him.

    fitted the bumper I picked up for $20 and it fits the doved body perfect just need to oval the holes to fit the 27"c to c factory frame holes .

    first had to weld top ps mount then weld in bottom mount the bumper then perches .2hrs me and a buddy

    Hey Steve, there's a spider on your Jeep! Dittos on the rear bumper. That's probably a third of the cost of the metal to make it. Front bumper looks great too. Looking forward to thrashing through the Rubicon with you.

    Looking really good! At times I wished I had gone this route instead of how I did, but there is allways time to build another! Hopefully I'll be able to check this out on the rubicon run if I can make it.

    thanks Ryan ,,,,,,I had originally thought I would be done for thanksgiving ,then it was newyears ,then it was TDS ,,,,now it's the '13 con run with the group here .
