    Guys,

I'm wanting to rebuild my spare MC2100 and have found the nylon lever with limit adjustment screw on the choke is broken. It hangs on the carb side of the choke actuator shaft (NOT the choke butterfly shaft, I'm talking about the choke housing itself). The lever broke at the hole where the fast idle rod connects to it. Checked one FLAPS, no-go. Do I give up or do you think it's available somewhere. I'd like to fix what's broken rather than cannibalize the other carb.

    Thanks,
    Chilly

HALT: I found them for sale, $10 though.

    Chilli,

Can you post a link to where you found the part. Seems I'm in the same boat.

Thanks Tim - sorry for taking so long to get back to this.

Looks like their are 2 parts I need to find:

#1 The Fast Idle Cam Lever - looks like a plastic part. Mine cracked where the idle cam rod attaches.

#2 The Dashpot - my local Napa can't find one. Despite spending 20 minutes looking through all the paper books for a comparable one.

Any leads would be appreciated. It looks like Pony Carburetors would be a good lead, but I thought I'd reach out here first. Otherwise its time for a carb and manifold upgrade.

Just thought I'd pass this along. Ordered the Choke Fast Idle Lever and Dashpot at 3:54pm from Carburetor-Parts. Received the shipping tracking number at 4:14pm.

    That's what I call a responsive vender.
