Fafnir bearing number for T98 ?

Anyone have Fafnir deep groove ball bearing numbers for a T98 ?
Maindrive gear (input shaft) bearing = MRC # 308SG1 = Fafnir # ????? > These are .7874 wide plus snap ring groove.
Mainshaft gear (output) = MRC # 308SG + Fafnir #308KG > These are .9055 wide plus snap ring groove.

 

No one with a T98 laying about ?

I sure would appreciate knowing more about T98 roller bearing numbers.
Only need to remove the 4 bearing retainer bolts to I.D. the front bearing.
Only need to remove the rear adapter plate to I.D. the rear bearing.

Ran across this thread again. Did you get what you needed? I spent a bucket load of time in the timken PDF catalog cross referencing by diameter and width and shaft size on some stuff then checking amazon or eBay, etc for matches.

I have the bearings I just pulled and one of the new ones ....

I know you were looking specifically for the Fafnir bearings, don't have those...

New one is nachi quest 6308N c3 * 131202

Found the MRC 308 on page 281 of the skf bearing catalog, middle column, catalog 457013, skf bearings master interchange.

Two I pulled
Federal 1308cg -> SKF 6308-NRJ, page 213
MRC 308sg 1 -> Skf 6308-NRJ which we know one is thinner, so that can't be, perplexed


Also, found the 308s series seems to come in all kinds of specialty flavors, but 1-800-MRC-7000 was the help line listed in the catalog.

I doubt you are still waiting, but may be we can add a little closure or continue discussion.

Yeah Dane,
I eventually found that information somewhere.

I now have accumulated all known bearing information into the CJ BEARING CHART.
