    Yep. Just run one of the many gear calculators backwards.

    A T-18 with a Dana 20, 3.73s, and 31s equates to 10000 RPM at roughly 20 mph, IIRC. The clutch disk speed is the same as what the engine speed would have to be at that speed, gearing and tire size.
