After more years than I care to admit, I've finally got some of the parts assembled to somewhat resemble part of a Jeep. And I'm actually working on getting the rest of the brake and steering stuff together, better go buy some Lotto tickets folks!

I paid $150 for the wheels w/tires, they have great tread but are old and weatherchecked. Two of the wheels are correct CJ5 that I need, the other two are CJ2A wheels. I figure I'll just use 'em for rollers until I get a full set of five correct wheels all blasted and painted. They'll be white, like they're supposed to be! And THESE are pizzacutters!

Well - its more 'together' than when I saw it last winter :)

If you run into any snags - give me a yell. I am not fresh on the 4cyl stuff except to pull it though ;)

Nope, body's still standing up on a dolly, with the twirler parts stacked inside it. I'm trying to do this rationally, so I don't get in over my head. I figger once the chassis is all done and ready for the powertrain assembly, then I can start on the powertrain. Once the powertrain is done and installed, then I can start on the body parts.

I only have a small garage, so I need to be able to roll everything around and shuffle as needed. Slowly coming along.
