Well I'm sure I've filled a couple hundred holes already and that's the easy part grinding is definitely taking the longest. There are 2 holes that I can't tell what or why they are there and am thinking I should probably fill them but just in case. The first one is about 2.5" in diameter underneath the gas tank under the drivers seat. The second is a square hole behind the shift lever between the two front seats it is probably 3"X4".

Hole under drivers seat is probably fuel tank outlet. Hole between seats sounds like PTO shifter hole. What year is your Jeep, and pics can tell us alot.

The second hole is for a PTO lever I'd leave that one alone. They make a blank plate to cover it. The first one I don't know or maybe I'm just not understanding just exactly where it's located.

there are 2 holes under the gas tank in the floor. one is for the fuel line and the other is for a drain plug. if you still have your tank under the seat leave them. And yes the one between the seats is for a PTO lever.

The hole under the tank is for the fuel tank drain. A '70 doesn't have a hole under the tank for the fuel line. The one between the seats is a PTO lever hole as previously stated.
