OK, you guys forced me to do this. Have owned it for about two months, but finally getting the new motor straight and brake lines etc. Well you all know how that goes. Last part was the new KM3's.

I have one bad arm to start with, so it didn't take much on the other one
The tires are the newer 750/16's they came out with. Love em so far on the street, will wheel them soon and post it up. Tires are listed as 31.8 tall and 7.5 wide on the patch. No rubbing on frame or inner fender well yet. But have not pushed it real hard yet. Just trying to finish the mechanicals first. Hate walking home.

That is a great looking five! Needs an old school reconditioned warn/bellview winch though. I’d swing that hi-lift to a vertical orientation on the bumper, looks like a real head knocker in its current position.

I don’t have a lot to add to my build thread right now, I’m just enjoying driving it!

Thanks! I really would love an 8724 but boy are they salty. The Hi-Lift will probably be moving. I’ve never hit my head in it (it’s back pretty far) but it rattles..a lot...right behind my head. The rest of the Jeep rattles and clanks so I guess it fits right in

OK, so I picked up th his gem last December 16 and set out to refresh her. Thought I would add some after pics. I owned a 70 CJ5 just like this one 30 years ago and always regreted selling it, thus this one was located. I wanted to make jt a near mirror image of myold favorite Jeep. I have owned several, but none beat this drivetrain package. So, here are someafter pics. Maybe next year will start with a frame off, but for now, pure fun!!
