Completed chain linkage

  3. Joe: Looks Great. I still think I would increase the prichase that is bolted to the frame though.

    I also see that you eliminated the "cable" by going from the chain to a ball thingy mounted is a piece of square stock to the chain. 8)

    Just test drove it and all I can say is that it works GREAT! :) I used to not be able to feather the clutch very well when in low range because the Jeep would lurch like no other. Now I can ease it out very smoothly 8) Total cost for everything was about $45.

    Joe it looks very good, hopefully it will work as good as it looks, you at least used the "kiss" method in building it so that eliminates most of the problems right off the bat.

    Thanks for all the comments guys :) I kinda busted my a$$ to get this done because I'm going riding this weekend.

    When I get home tonight I'll compile a parts list and try to get some better photos for those who want to tackle this. It was really easy and the only tools needed were a drill press, cutoff wheel, tap set, and some basic handtools. 8)
