X2. I've found it very useful, just would like to see it set up in a similar format as ECJ5...

I actually proposed shutting it down and pointing people here at one point...but it got mixed reviews. Alot of people prefer it in their email, and the path of least resistance was to leave it as is.... ;)

Due to rarity you might want to leave the original hitch arrangement.
G503 also has a trailer section but it's mostly military

The Fulton hitch it came with I would not use on public streets due to questionable welds and no locking capability. I will save it in the event I ever decide to sell for the next owner to reinstall if they choose. The replacement will essentially be a bolt-on affair, using the original holes as a guide and the welding taking place between the 1/4"x 2-1/2 in strap and the receiver assy. This will also permit easier switches from towing behind the CJ to towing behind my K-3500 with camper installed, since both have a 2" towing ball.

FWIW, I have towed my Bantam over some pretty rough 4x4 trails and for several hundred miles on the highway with the stock Fulton hitch. I checked it repeatedly through out the trip and it never loosened up at all. the only thing about wheeling with the trailer in tow is I had to really slow down in the rough stuff.
