Cj5 Frame Weight.

    Hi , I was wondering if anyone can tell me how much a CJ5 frame weighs.

    Jon B. Retired three times; still working.

    I have a bare one, and can just barely lift it. Of course, I’m five-foot eight, one seventy, and 68 years old… I’m still fairly strong, though.

    Two of us easily lifted it into my pickup. I’d guess 175-200 pounds for the frame.

    Book value is 180-sumthin lbs.

    Good guess Jon :) I've also just managed to pick one up but quickly found I wasn't going anywhere with it :D
