Body Mounts '69 Cj5 - Not A Location Question

I need to replace the body mounts - mine are GONE! I have all the locations identified. Some of the kits have just pucks, some have a mix of pucks and pads. Does it matter what type of pad goes to a specific location?

Would appreciate if someone can share what type goes where or solve the mystery that pads are not necessary? Also what type/thickness is recommended?

    Thank you in advance.

I kinda doubt an accurate kit for a '69 exists. Link?

Jeep used sections of tire sidewall. I handled a lot of official Jeep parts that were obviously punched from tire sidewall. Pretty sure the CJs only had one thickness, but there was a thicker type that was used by the Utility vehicles IIRC.

Walck's has a replacement that looks like it's cut from belting - Body Mount Rubber Pad Military and CJ Models

I went and took pictures of all the original mounts on my '69 for this thread (minus the missing one at the left rear corner). You can see what is a "puck" (a piece of tire sidewall) and what is a small pad with no bolt through it:
