I've got a line on a hardtop that fits a 1976 and up CJ5. Seems like nothing new fits the intermediates and older but I thought I'd ask the group. I'll drive down for a fitting if I have to but...

Steel or fiberglass? I think some of the steel tops fitted to late cjs were actually early tops with the windshield tilted forward and different windshield filler panels. Those parts are hard to come by though.....

Looks like an ACME fiberglass to me. My tub is glass but the windshield is OEM. Bummed b/c the top is in great shape.

If you changed to a '76-up windshield, it would fit. Lots of discussion in old posts. If your '75 windshield is in good shape, there would be a ready market for it.

Did the Acme tops exist before '76? I don't recall seeing any. The Meyer steel cab - "Jeep-Approved Special Equipment" - was offered in 1975, and was common.

Are you looking for a metal or glass top?

I'd look at either. I'm local so it would be an easy trip.

I have an Acme top for sale that came of my 74... doors and all. Unfortunately I'm all the way in San Diego.

I’ve seen a few Timgr but they are not common.
