What manufacturer do you all recommend for brake hoses? I am looking for The front ones to the wheels and the back one that goes from the crossmember to the rear axle.
Alls I am finding are crown and omix, both of which I’ve had questionable luck with so I would like to avoid them.

It’s a 1973 CJ5 with 2.5 inches of lift with 1/2 inch shackles. Should I get extended hoses? I haven’t ran into a situation where the stock length ones have given me trouble but I have yet to fully flex the Jeep out

*I also wouldn’t mind steel braided hose

If you run factory length shocks, I expect those will stop travel before you pull on the brake hoses. With longer shocks, you need blocks on the frame to keep them from bottoming.

+1, I run OEM type hoses with BDS and Mike's shackles.
