Looking For 2 Inch Surface Prep Tool Recommendations?

Looking for 2 inch surface prep tool recommendations? I know these are normally pneumatic, but if anyone can recommend an electric version I'm interested in that too. Looking for something to use to dress welds in tight spaces.

The sanding disks come in different grits and you can also get scotch brite ones for deburring and polishing etc..
