    Needs more gauges...

The winch looks like it's missing the PTO parts...

You might check to see if the engine mounts up to the bell housing...

What's with the remote oil filter?...

Looks like a March of 1962 build...

I was wondering about the bell housing.....looks different than any I have seen on a V6....the motor mounts look weird to me too...

Winch is a Ramsey PTO. Probably a 200 series. But Cap is right, missing the PTO itself. In the pics you can see the sprocket where it should attach and the driveshaft U joint hanging in the wind.

That jeep has a lot of potential with the V6 and the winch. I don't see any rust. Congrats!

Do you have the pto adapter and PTO? I see it has overdrive.

Is that a back seat and a front or is that a split bench like a tux?

It appears it is a split bench

With that bellhousing, the V6 must be a 198 and not a 225/231. Nice looking project!

PTO winch turns a recreation vehicle into an all-round workhorse. It will pull anything that is loose at both ends. (y)

The PTO takeoff should be relatively inexpensive to obtain.

The V6 in the pictures looks like a 198. Does the back of the block have two "ears" at 10:00 and 2:00? It looks like them in the photos. That looks like a 1960's aftermarket adapter bellhousing.
Read the tag on the PTO. That almost looks like and overdrive thats missing some of the PTO adapter on the back. Rare combination if thats what it is.
Looks like a nice project Jeep!
