I took the little rubber pads off the clamp feet at least :D

Just hoping I'll still be able to find them when I'm done...

Last one for now. The angled pieces are the cutoffs from the end of the bumper.

Mock your winch up on that and make sure your through the bumper "tube" clears the rope at both ends of the spool!!!! Don't ask me how I know that.

Well, i hope it fits but didnt think about that. Just figuring the mounting plate has the right location for it.

Now, looking at it mounted, is there any kind of bushing that goes between the drum and the end support piece? Lools like a pretty good gap

Thats what I really want to do with my 8274 but unfortunately my sagi-swap is an inch too wide! I used a 72-75 steering box bracket that pushes it towards center quite a bit. Looks good btw!

BadGoat How High Can You Climb?

Bumper looks good. I like how you boxed in the cutout for the fairlead. I keep wanting to mount my 8274 to the front bumper like this, but my TDK frame has a tubular cross member immediately behind the C-channel bumper. I'd have to cut out the cross member to install the winch.

    One thing at a time:susp:

Wipers are probably next in line. Gotta wire in the winch then mount the motor for wipers

Down here in the south we call that flag "spider web removers", 'cause we have some bigguns down here! Tow bar mounting looks good
