Iso Heat Riser For Dauntless V6. Any Ideas?

Hello, new Commando owner.

I cannot find a heat riser for the right manifold for my Dauntless V6. Does anyone know where to find a reproduction or OEM one? Thanks. Matt

 

They're seemingly not obtainable.

I made my own since I couldn't find one either... I didn't make drawings when I machined it, I just sorta winged it.

If you're at all interested, I could make you an adapter in to allow the exhaust to bolt up but it wouldn't contain the butterfly, etc. That's a huge amount of machining time. PM me if you have any interest.

Wow. That would be great. Really I just want to have them delete it since I live in FL. I'll just let it warm up longer. The exhaust place said I needed the riser and gasket. I guess the exhaust pipe just couldn't fit to the manifold. I'm pretty new at this stuff as you can tell.

 

Goodness, how do you make something like that?

 

I looked hard for one and couldn’t find one. I live in a warm climate, so I can do without it. The body was OK so I just cut the flapper out
