Measurement Help Needed

    I am trying to complete a full refurbishment of a Sparton SCS-3r Turn Signal Unit like you would find in a 1969 CJ5. It seems like the two spring steel wire clamps that hold the wire bundle to the steering column are basically not available. I would sure like to find a source for them and I might have an answer. If someone would be so kind as to measure the diameter of the steering column I could compare it to a spring steel wire clamp that I found. Thanks. WestCoastPat

    Many thanks for your help. I found something about the right shape while reading a post about windshield wipers. I will call the people that had them and see if they can measure them or if not I will just spend the $5.95 and buy one for the heck of it. Thanks again. WestCoastPat
