That's his favorite seat. That Farmall is his favorite place to be.

    Bowbender I'm workin' on it!

How are you going to lift the bed to dump it?

By hand. It's hinged just ahead of the front spring hangers. It works successfully with a load of firewood. The two bolts near the trip handle are to be secured for on road travel for safety. The trip handle can also be pinned shut.

I wanted to keep it simple and not have hydraulics or anything to dump so I looked at some old farm trailers for inspiration. That being said, I will probably at some point add a small hydraulic cylinder and electric hydraulic power unit. Because I can't leave well enough alone.

Nice looking trailer, looks most useful.
The boy on the tractor makes a great picture, many happy memories.
I loved driving tractors and working on stuff on my uncle's farm.

When we bought the farm growing up, there was a old dump truck bed trailer with a hyd pump on the drive shaft to the axle. Personally I would have gone with a 5hp Briggs and a old power steering pump so it could dump in place.
