Klutch Bandsaw

I picked up this bandsaw a while back, and have had a chance to use it quite a bit.



This one is from Northern Tool, but looks nearly identical to Harbor Freight's version. I was a little concerned about how square it would cut right out of the crate, but I put it together and tried it and was pleasantly surprised that it cut nice and square. I did a couple little add on's that I have found helpful. I made a bracket that holds a cake pan under the cutting area to catch the cuttings, works pretty well. I also made a mini "table" to support freehand cutting when the saw is upright. Works good. I planned on making a larger one, and probably will someday. It did come with a table, but I wasn't impressed with it.
