howdy folks it’s been a while since I’ve been on the site. I have made it to the point of this rebuild where the engine is ready to go on the engine stand. However, once I had the engine up and away I noticed there was a piece on the back, the clutch I think, still hanging on. I need some help on what to do here. How should it be removed? It’s obvious to me that the engine stand won’t work with it in the way. Thanks for all the help!

Yup...remove clutch pressure plate (unbolt), clutch disk (should slide off) and then unbolt flywheel. You will probably be putting a new clutch on and you may want to consider having the flywheel surface machined - since you are rebuilding the engine and all. good luck
