8274 Solenoid Question

    I have the old style solenoid pack on my 8274. I am in the process of rebuilding the winch and trying to find repalcement soleniods.

    What is everyone else using? I have looked at solenoids for golf carts, but wondering if anyone has a specific one they are using.

    Really dont want to upgrade to the new pack unless I abosutly have to.

    Bought these a while back as recommended from a good friend. Haven't installed yet but should work great. Worth looking into. I know Cole Hersee is a good, name brand.

    CARQUEST 84017 Starter Solenoid.

    Why not put the new style 8274 solenoid pack in your old 8274?
