Pto Shifter Opening Hole Question

I’m getting ready to pull tub for paint and will be fixing tub around PTO shifter opening. Does anyone have pic of what it’s supposed to look like? Maybe from a build thread. This is ‘71, I’m not sure if they changed over the years so maybe earlier year would be ok.

Attached pic is mine, I drew in green lines where I think I’ll need to add sheet metal.

    Thanks
    Mark

From the bottom. The yellow outline is what I believe is where I enlarged it.

Your green line is perfect. Exactly like mine
