Light Wiring

I've just bought my first CJ5 a '71 V6 and the guy I got it from was in the process of removing ALL the wiring. I'm working on replacing it but it's a mess.

Does anyone have any tips, pin outs or even pictures. I'm pretty sure I have the light switch and high beam switch wired, but from the three pin block on the inner fender it's a mass of cut black wires.

Pick yourself up a Factory Service Manual. Reprints are available in a lot of places. Search wiring diagram on the forum.

One thing I am puzzled by is the front parking lights. Every diagram I’ve found so far shows two wires, mine have one.
Anyone have the same lights or did someone replace these with nonsense?

 

The ones on mine are rounded and 3” diameter

 

Chrome ring but not bullet shaped, just dome shaped
