4.3l V6 And Th350 In A 3a?

  1. Personally I'd keep the D18/OD with the V6/TH350 swap. Keeps the rear output low for better rear driveshaft angles and gives you an OD which is very beneficial.

    That would be my vote. Thinking of the same combo in my CJ for all of those reasons.

    I am going to start collecting parts. Thanks for all the input. Should make a great rig. Have to consider brake upgrades, still has 9" brakes.

    Will do disc front and 11" drum rear, power assist with hanging pedals, which I have done in the past. Parts are easy to find around here.
