Any Cj2a Cj5 Floor Similarities?

Does anyone know if there are any similarities between CJ2a and early CJ5 floors? I am mostly curious about the hat channels and where they mount to the frame. The question arises because I have a complete, new M38A1 floor and know of a CJ2a that has rotted out hat channels and front floors. Can't get to either of them right now to measure anything so I thought I would take the easy way out and ask here. Thanks.
