Anyone got a pic of one of these things, hopefully showing where it mounts & what style connectors they use?

I'm trying to figure out if a late 50's - 70's Ford one will work & which one would be the best match.

    Thanks,

    H.

Is this on the back of a six volt speedo cluster?

On mine the mounting tab on the regulator mounts under the screw at the 3 o'clock position in the above picture. I think the tab is hidden by the regulator above. I think there is an original regulator on ebay...

There is but it's a crummy picture, it's pricey & the Ford units are designed to handle 12 volts.

Tab is on the reg, can't see it in the pic. Reg screw eyelet terminals, one on the right is single wire to the fuel gauge , other is a double wire that goes to? They are cut off on mine. Buy mine, comes with speedo attached:lol:

    Thanks Sid :)

According to the 6 volt wiring diagram one of the cut wires came from the ignition & the other went off to the coil.
