Recommendations? The accordion style one I bought last year from Walcks is trashed already, cheap rubber & too much stretch in 4-low.

Somebody was selling NOS units on E-bay a while back. I purchased one and it was great quality and were like new. The picture showed boxes of them.

Yeah, if you want it to hold up it's either OEM NOS or make one from leather.

Yep!!! The Kaiser-Willys, Willys Overland and probably most everyone else's versions aren't worth the time to put them on. I bought several and all cracked someplace within a couple months. More chinese crap. I made a leather version.

Yup. QTM parts. The one I received was in perfect shape, rubber was obviously good quality, and it was very pliable. If you want a rubber one that one would be good. IIRC it wasn't exactly black, had a greenish or grayish tint, may have been brownish, I forget now, but it was not black. For the price the quality is very much there.

Matt Fox (QTM Parts) often gets some great deals; but not on everything.
You need to take Matts descriptions with caution.
To him most everything is described NOS even if its actually NORS.
He gets all upset if you return parts because they are not actual OEM NOS.
Look his pics over very close to see exactly what your getting.
That said I have not bought any TC boots from him..... but these definately look like legit original Military stock.

Thanks for the lead Nick, I ordered a couple but if anyone has another recommendation I'd like to hear it "just in case".

On my single stick I got a re popped Dauntless clutch fork rubber it worked great, fit good, but the poor rubber only lasted for one season.

I had a leather shop sew up a leather glove for mine.

I too got from Walcks and it seemed pretty thin. I bet they all get them from same place in China. I just ordered 2 of these and will report back my feelings when the come in.

Those are high quality boots. I have the triple version waiting to go on a project also.

Now if I could just find a good quality shifter boot for the trans that sort of matches...... Had the same problem as above. New POS aftermarket boot made it one trip before it split down the middle.
