Clutch

    Ouch! Yeah, that does suck. What actually happened? You will probably need to do some troubleshooting to eliminate any missed issues.

    Basically it looks like the threaded part spun itself off. I didn't install it so I don't know if the roll pins were in all the way or not. I'm just going to put the TO bearing that came with the clutch in since I have plenty of movement now on the slave. It's just so frustrating!!!

    The pins are what holds it in place once you make the adjustment for length.

    do you have the part number for the wilwood master cylinder?

    I don't but.....it's the height volume all in one unit. Around 60 bucks. And it works great.

    It doesn't come with any connectors to the pedal. We ended up using one from an Alfa Rameo. LOL

    thanks, if the master cylinder i have doesnt work ill give that wilwood a try. this thread has been a lot of help since i think that i have been having the same problems with my clutch setup as you are. i hope novak takes care of you for having that expensive brearing blow up so fast.

    And....we have a clutch again. Put the factory style bearing in. Had to put a spacer on the pivot stud to give us more room for the fork to move. Will be picking it up in a bit. I'll update how things go....good or bad. Cross your fingers for me guys!!!

    Well...she drove home fine. Some mild tweeting and adjustments needed but I think we are good to go. Again...thanks to all who helped through this ordeal.

    sorry to dig up a old thread, but do you happen to have a picture of your 1" wilwood clutch master?
