My bag has a thick linear area on the back side for abrasion. I also have its mount from that fender. These bumpers were not located at that area. Very close to same area though.

My 71 doesn't have anything like that. Welting on the grill, the wash reservoir was originally a polyethylene bag. Those are not stock I'm thinking.

What's this set lever supposed to do? I pull it but the seat doesn't move forward/backward or up/down

Look under the seat to see what it's connected to. If it's part of the track system it could be stuck.

What the heck it is supposed to be is an alternator bracket. How the heck it goes together is the question. Buick 231.

Well I tried again with a spare pump I have and I couldn’t get anything to line up.

but the large part does bolt up to the alternator side just right.

I know, but the bolt holes only line up like this. NAPA is open tomorrow so I’ll go ahead and buy an Alternator. I’ll have to drive into town for some long *** bolts to.

Hello, I am coming from Toyotas and almost completely new to early jeeps.. I recently bought a nice and fairly built Jeep. There is a knob on the dash just above the emergency flashers that pulls out but doesnt seem to do anything. So 2 questions. 1) Is it stock 2) if so what is it supposed to do?

Here's the new to me Jeep.

    1) No stock ivory/white switches in that location. 2) May have to trace the wires to see if they really go to the ejection seat, or oscillation overthruster. :susp:
