New Speedhut CJ cluster in my '69

Thought I would share my early Xmas present. There aren't too many pics of the CJ gauges on the net so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask. Took a few hours to get the wiring but it was pretty straight forward. The GPS sensor is magnetic so I just stuck it to the dash. I've been messing with the stock temp and fuel gauges since I got the Jeep and could never get them to work consistently so it will be nice to have something a little more reliable.

So now of course I want all the lights on the gauge to work.... anyone ever hook up a e-brake light switch (pretty easy I would think) or a 4x4 light switch on the d18 (twin stick)? The turn signals were easy and of course I already had wiring for the high beem. I had to dig out a stock oil sensor from my parts box but it works perfectly. The temp sender needed a bigger adapter bushing so I picked one up at home depot for $5. I'll post the part # in a few. LFA-826 1/2 in MIP x 1/8" FIP.

Looks very good - do you know if you can turn the "engine light" off in software?

I've been kinda fighting my gauges as well. That thing is nice!

Disconnect it would be the only way. But it's only on until you start the engine.

To be clear the speedo does not turn on when you are on accessory power, only ignition power.

It is very well made. the best thing is you can customize it to make it your own.

What is this product? Where did you find it? I never had success with my gauges except using non standard products, and for the fuel it is not perfect.
I can do better but it will take time, and I just write when I fill the tank, so I know when to refill!

Speedhut.com... They are a bit pricey I would wait until their next 20% off sale.

    That's pretty nice...

    I like the altitude feature...

Yeah altitude is nice, also has direction, speed(?), trip and time. Really wish it had a tach readout as well since the tach is so small.
Would also be nice if you could select options for both lines of the display. Could care less about the odometer.
