Below is a link to the noise I hear when I press the clutch pedal in too much. It sounds alright when you press the clutch in a little. At about 30 seconds you can hear the noise. Is there a stop for pedal? Is this normal? It is a brand new luk clutch, novak adjustable pivot, AA t90 to 225 adapter, new TO bearing, AA chain clutch. Any advise? I'm a new to rebuilds....

I think . your over thinking . wait till you have jeep back together . and running before you . start thinking there's a problem with clutch. if pedal is pushed in and it slips . that's a good thing

That sounds like your clutch fork rubbing against your pressure plate from over-travel. When everything is back together, your pedal bottoming out against the floor should limit the travel before that is able to happen. If it still does it then, just back out your adjustment until it no longer happens.

As mentioned the body needs to be on first before you can get any good adjustment results.
