    Open to suggestions.
Buttoning up a V8 swap into my '70. Looking to put the finishing touches on the project with some V8 emblems. I'd like to locate them in the same location where the :v6: badges currently reside. Looking for something from the Kaiser or AMC era, but haven't really turned up much. These are pretty much the only thing that I've even found close to what I'm looking for:

Please post up some links. TIA.

It is a Buick 300. I can't make out what the Rambler emblems say.

I searched, ane apparently there is no native Buick "V8" emblem. There are lots of different V8 emblems though, both original and aftermarket.

The AMC Jeep V8 emblems will be hard to come by, since they were only used for two years on the '72 and '73 V8 CJ-5s and Commandos and seemingly some '74 CJ-5s. Plus I think they are not as appropriate as some of the aftermarket emblems, being both AMC RWB and associated specifically with the 304 CJ.

How about the AMC emblem you showed, just paint the blue side gold like the Dauntless emblem?

Hmmm... That's an interesting idea. Might have to think about that.

    I do like those.

I like smokeaters' idea. I looked at a page of them in a google search and didn't see anything I liked better or, thought would be more appropriate.

The more I think about it, the more I think this is a great idea, too. Going to have to practice on something with the Testor's.

sorry for bringing up an old post...
but are the 2 V8 emblems shown a R and L with the same color forward and rear, or were they just placed on the vehicle as opposing?

I remember these from a neighbors vehicle. The were placed with red toward the front of the vehicle, as in red/white/blue.
