I have broken and worn out a few sets of external mount hubs so I put together the parts to change over to internal mounted hubs.
I though it would go smoothly but I had a few problems due to the mixture of parts that I used to build my Dana 44 axle.
Here are some pictures of the change over.

Here is the problem for indexing the caliper for clearance. I beleive that I used the knukles from a Jeep Dj because they had short steering arms that I need because I used a Scout front axle. Notice that the stud pattern starts about the one o'clock position. The brackets for the calipers need a stud at the 12 o'clock position. So I had to reassemble and take the brackets to work and redrill the bolt pattern.

Then assemble the internal hubs with new brake parts.

I was worried that the stick out would be excessive but it only sticks out 3/8" farther that the Warn hubs. I hope that I am happy with the conversion over time.

I tried to get the same angle on the picture but it looks worse than it is, actual measurement is 3/8" more including the twist knob.

I didn't use them ,I found some brand new warn premiums at the pick apart for $40 , the set I got from Dummy was incomplete for $5. hub parts don't interchange and I also have spare stock EB hubs so,,, If you want that set u can have um.
