Leaf Spring Allingment Clips

    Just wondering what you fellas have used for clips to keep the leaf springs straight.

    I have seen the clips riveted to one of the spring to keep it from sliding around , and I have also seen them just banded around. What would be the better suggestion

    I made some factory style ones up out of 1/2" strapping-

    Faked up some rivets outta 5/16" bolts & hammered'em on.
