Koenig PTO model for a 3b

    Is the Model 51 Koenig PTO correct for a CJ-3b? I have one a guy wants to buy for a 3b but not sure if the 51 is correct. I know it will fit the 18 transfer case but not sure if they are different from a CJ-5/6 application. Thanks.

    The Koenig Model 51 PTO will work on all CJ's. The Model 41 was for wagones and trucks.

    50, 51, and 58 will fit CJs

    Checkout my web page covering some of the Willys PTOs. Toward the bottom I actually mounted various ones and show why the Koenig 4X series will not work with the CJs.

    Only difference on the CJ2/3 vs CJ5/6/M38A1 will be driveshaft routing, length and where the support bearing will mount.
