Finally got her on her wheels!

Wow is that beautiful. You probably need sun glasses to look out over the hood.

 

I'm thinking of ditching the 16" wheels and tires and finding 5 good 15" original rims and going with basic street tires with whitewalls. I think whitewalls would give it the proper 50s look. What do you think?

I have a set of 5 that I can't use. Located in Pittsburgh. I can take some pics of them if you'd like.

 

That would be great, please send me some pics when you get a chance...no hurry. Do you need 16s? I have 4 original KHs, 3 in great condition but 1 is slightly bent. I also have 3 reproduction ones, 2 of which are still in the boxes. The repops look original to the untrained eye.

 

I doubt the 16's would clear my calipers. I'll take some pics and post them when i get a chance.

 

If your getting rid of some of the wheels on the cheap side i'd be interested, the wheels on my B are rusting and pitting bad along the bead seal and i cant run tires with out tubes now
