V6 fan shroud?

I have a 70 CJ5 :v6:. Except for the Holley intake & carb, it's 100% stock under the hood. It runs fine under normal circumstances, but tends to get a little warm when 4-wheeling (low speeds, low RPM's, heavy loads). I was thinking a fan shroud would be a good low buck way to get a little better airflow through the radiator & help out the cooling system. Has anybody built one or found a junkyard one that works?
    Pics please!!

I still have the original shroud on my 66 V6 and have run it both with and without. The shroud makes a huge diff on the temp gauge. Also on my top radiator hose, it went up hill some as it left the radiator connector going to the pump. I got to thinking and knowing water doesn't run up hill, I trimmed a little off the flex hose so that the hose ran flat and then dropping to the pump. That meant the hose was now full of coolant and maybe adding a pint to the volume. I have yet to hit the mid point on the temp gauge since. I have run it pretty hard but no slow 4 WD as of yet.

Since its a 70, what size is your radiator? The 70 model changed radiator size from the earlier models.

It's just about 21" wide, not including the mounting brackets, and 21" tall, including the tanks but not including the filler neck. The upper hose is centered and the lower hose is all the way to the passenger side.

ok dumb question here, but I have a 67, and a 70 both with V6 engines, I looked and yes they have diff radiators, I figured it was some PO thing, so where do you get a shroud for the 67 radiator size

oh and thanks for the link for the 70:beer:

Probably never gonna find one, I have looked in every junkyard I have ever seen jeeps in, and never found even a busted one.

I bought one from Jeepsterpartsdude for my '71 model, and it works fine.
Although I didn't take a picture specifically of the shroud, it shows in these two pics.

Actually, in a closed system (ie; your engine cooling system), water runs just fine up hill.:v6:

Does anybody know if a fan shroud from a 4 cylinder of that same year would fit a v6?
The radiators look the same except the lower hose come out the wrong side.

    nickmil In mothballs.

The ones I've come across are different.
Maybe someone more learned can confirm or deny this.
