Does anybody know the normal temperature operating range for the Buick V6 225 ? If so what would be considered to hot?
    Thanks

Going by what kind of gauge? Stock or aftermarket? I don't like to see much more than about 205-210 degrees. They will handle 220* but I just don't like to run them for long at that as you're asking for blown headgaskets, etc. on an old motor. Normal op temp should be anywhere between 180-195* depending on weather, terrain, altitude, thermostat installed, condition of cooling system, modifications, etc.

I run between 170-190 in the summer and 160-175 in the cooler months. I also run a pusher fan and not the stock fan.
