Seems as though the previous owner of my newest acquisition thought a pipe fitting would work well in lieu of actual roller bearings and didn't feel like putting the thrust washers back in place. Well, that situation didn't work too well and I'm missing bits of every tooth on the intermediate gear (an F script part to boot). I'm having a hard time finding a replacement gear too. I've got a tooth count of 33x23 but cannot find it at the moment. If anyone has an idea please clue me in as I've tried all the places I currently know about.

Might give R&P a call at 503-557-8911. They have a box with some 27 tooth transfer case gears. Maybe some F script but maybe not. Doesn't hurt to call. Tell them Nick told you to call. The box is on the shelf next to the Dana 300 parts.
They did have an intermediate shaft, bearings, and thrust washers for the 7/8" or 3/4" or whatever size shaft that takes as well.

If the thrust washers were missing, you might be needing a new case as I suspect the seats will be torn up pretty well-something to look at. May be time to upgrade to 1 1/4" case.

Welp,I was afraid of what duffer said, and after finally getting everything out that is the case. I'll be swapping the outputs on an extra 20 case later this week and running it. Sad to see such an early case ruined like that, maybe I'll be bored enough to try and build those areas up to get it in running condition later on.
