Does anyone know where to find a new boot that goes on the floor that goes around the gas pedal arm for the original v6 setup?

Ok, so I figured this out in case anyone else has this problem, here you go.

Just buy a 4cylinder boot like this

You have to cut off the biggest hump of the boot. I just used a razor blade

Put the boot over the arm, force the new big end through the hole in the floor and sandwich it between the linkage bracket and floor

There you go, just like the original, except I think there was only 2 humps of the accordian boot showing. Either way, it looks like it goes there

Yes, exactly what I did on the Yellow Barn find Jeep. I need to order another one from Walcks for the '69.

Did the same thing for the other pedals. Used a VW CV boot.

I need a new gas pedal for the bracket that has the two ball sockets like the one pictured in MDmeltdown's post.

Does anyone know where to buy one?

If that supplier from the second link has in fact an NOS one, let me know. It took me a year to find the one I have. I lucked out and had a guy from a Jeepster forum send me an email. He had one in Canada
