Spent most of the weekend putting carpet in the back. It's rubber backed outdoor carpet from my local hardware store. Came out nice, and the Jeep is a lot quieter inside. The stereo sounds better, too.:D

Looks good. What's holding it down?

The floor piece is held down by the seat brackets, seatbelts, and the aluminum strip I screwed down at each end. The fenderwells, I used 3M spray carpet and trim adhesive. I was hesitant to glue it down, but the paint back there isn't all that great, and hopefully this carpet will last a few years. It really changed the sound and "feel" of the Jeep inside. It's almost like a real vehicle inside.:D

Definitely looks good! Quietening it down does make for a nicer ride. :)

Yep. It all started with the exhaust a couple weeks ago. Now the carpet. I must be getting old. The carpet looks really nice, if I do say so.
