Show Us Your Jeep!

    1970 CJ5, Rebuilt frame and drive train. tracklock front and rear. Only modifications are the 33x9.50 BFG AT and the 2" spring lift. Original paint. it sat for 30 years in the dry weather. Only enough wiring to use it.

    Winch installed, mirrors inside and out, wheels (not period but jeep), top installed and steps mounted.

    Just got it done! Took it to Jeepfest in New Casle PA a couple weeks ago.

    Here are the specs:
    1952 Willys MC, 151 Pontiac 4cyl. Ford T18, Scout dana 300 (using all factory adapters). Dana 30 front 4:56 and ARB, Dana 44 rear 4:56 ARB disk brakes, YJ leaf springs, 32" swampers, plus too many mods to list.

    Someone asked for more pics of mine. I haven't had it on the trails too much as the summer has been too hot to breath down here. I took it out on the Red River at the start of summer and I took it to the Midwest Willys show in Missouri. Here are some pics from those. I've been driving it though. It almost has 4K miles on it now

    mdmeltdown could you give me the specs on your 5? Lift,tire size and seats. Your jeep is my background on my laptop. Truley amazing example of CJ.

    Wow I'm flattered. I've got a Skyjacker 2" over stock spring lift; 31x10.5 BFG At's on 15x8 Mickey Thomspon Classic II's. The seats are original covered in Brown and tan vinyl
