I'm using the pinto engine with pinto bellhousing mated to a t18a.
It was easy, the only thing i had to do, was to cut about an inch from the input shaft of the tranny at the pilot bushing area. and machined a new pilot bushing. I used the stock clutch except for pressure plate which i have one custom made to fit the input shaft spline and diameter of pinto clutch.
but the motor is not 2.3 is the 2.0 Efi.

I have a 2000cc pinto bellhousing at garage; it must be the same model that uses Fivos. If you still need it send me a PM.

i have measured the stock pinto pressure plate made a drawing in coreldraw and export it in pdf and send it to novak.
But i have mentioned that is for t18a hub.
I can upload the pdf as soon as i get home if you think that you want it.

My son bought a Jeep with a 6cyl Ford Maverick engine in it (200ci?). It was a nice performance match, started good in winter and got good mileage. I think the frame was a M38A1 with the T90. Too bad the builder did a real hatchet job in the engine bay installing the engine, components and wiring or we would still have it.
