    hi , i bought dauntless_powered cj 5 it needs new springs do you think a 2.5 lift wil be to much i dont want to tall a tire thanks mike

    Mike,
    Too much is a definition that only you can define. What do you want to do with the Jeep, what size tires do you wish to run on it are two things that help us help you.

    A 2.5" lift is very common for many of us here though.

    I agree with Sparky. What you might do is ask some of our members for pics of their Jeeps with the various lifts they have so you can get an idea of how it would look.

    I'd like to see a stock CJ with new non sagged springs and 7:00 15's. Id also like to see 1" springs on a CJ for comparison. . Looking for that stock or slightly bigger but stock look on a early cj5.
