Anyone running a Web on the :hurrican: ??
I'm leaning that way for mine, I've run Webbers on VWs and had good power upgrades with them.
So I'm asking you is it worth the $ or not.

Not a one of us here runs a Weber?
OK I guess I'll just have to try it out and let y'all know.
My thinking is that with a header it should have a little more grunt.

You might try one of the progressive Holley/Webers from a Pinto. They worked well on VWs as I recall.

    Thanks Tim and Sparky.
I looked at Cliffords page also, he claims like 18% more power, if I remember right. I need to look at that again.

I've a friend who ran a Weber SU on his '64 CJ5 armed with a Hurricane . . .that was after the head had been milled a bunch following several rebuilds, and he suspected the compression was a great deal more than stock.

He eventually went back to the Carter, believe it or not. PM me and I'll give you his phone -
