New issue-pulley alignment

    Bought a dual crank pulley at a OKC jeep salvage. It has the correct number on it but as you can see it does not line up w/ the dual water pump pulley. Have you all run into this? What have you done?

    I am pretty sure that is what I have - I use the back one on the crank to power the PS Pump.

    Yeah, thats where I'm at right now. My PS pump bracket is from a '69 Skylark. It mounts on the head w/ an Al piece like the alternator. I had hoped to run the belt around the water pump for redundancy. Que sera, sera. Thanks.:v6:

    oh yeah I have been there before, lots of cool stuff. There used to be another right down the street Sooner Jeep Salvage or something. I thought you might have discovered a yet untapped motherlode :D:rofl:

    that's how mine lines up as well. the extra groove in the drive pulley go to the ps pump, while the extra one from the waterpump goes to the ac compressor.
