Does anyone have a pic of the bushing that is supposed to go in here? FLAPS gave me the deer-the-headlights. Is there a generic poly bushing that I could get locally on short notice and "make it work?" Got some unexpected garage time today, and trying to slide a set of axles under the '63.

Isn't it the same bushing as what goes in the spring hanger on the frame?

Is that something I can fab up locally? New territory here for me; the '70 is all Frankenjeep underneath. Not sure what stock is supposed to look like.

Dunno, you might be able to find some PNs from a catalog and see what you could find locally. Energy Suspension would be my first guess.

Is this what you are looking for? I removed these from 4 new springs I put on my 3B.

Don't know if this will help. The Rancho poly bushings I got have a steel tube insert only on the "bolt" interface (poly surface is driven into spring or frame as appropriate). The OD of the poly pushing is 0.869".
Upon edit: the bolts are 7/16".

I don't think you'll get them locally Clint. I had to order a set of Prothane online

Yep. Same in both the eye and in the frame. Looks like the outer shell from the old bushing is still in there.

Believe it or not, I went to Autozone and they can get the Energy Suspension Poly Bushings for like $15 and a 4 day wait. They look it up by vehicle. I am ordering mine on Friday, Cheaper then any place online, and I don't have to pay shipping.

I have been putting off ordering them online because they were $12.99 + $15 S&H

I stopped into AZ on a whim, I never go there.
